Bobinni & Bug plans on releasing 10 new flavors in the coming months. The first, Hint of Mint is now available on Amazon. Vanilla Creme and Chai will follow later this month with the remainder being released about every 2 weeks thereafter.
The company's goal was not to take away from the experience of matcha, but to enhance it, so rather than going with strong flavors that overpower the natural goodness of the matcha, very subtle, natural and organic flavors were chosen.
Bobinni & Bug is best known for their Black Label Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder, which just received USDA Organic Certification.
"We started with our famous Black Label Matcha, and then add just a touch of natural and organic flavors", Murphy says, "Each flavor will be introduced in extremely limited production so people can try them. We will decide which flavors stay on for larger scale production by the feedback we get on Amazon. We rely heavily on input from our customers and I talk with many of them personally."
All of Bobinni & Bug's products are produced without chemicals, pesticides, herbacides and meet or exceed organic certification requirements. Bobinni & Bug will seek USDA Organic certification of these new products once full production commences.
