After the water is brought to a boil, add tea leaves to the infuser basket. Use one to three teaspoons of leaves for each 8 ounce cup of water, depending on the preferred strength."
"The water should be poured directly over the tea leaves and steeped, on average, about 3 1/2 minutes. This is a good standard to follow for steeping tea and will work for most loose leaf varieties."
