Until now, Rox Bars have been distributed mainly through their website (roxbars.com), but the increasing popularity of their product has necessitated an expansion. "Honestly, after trying Rox Bars I don't even like other protein bars," says Rita N., a recent Rox Bars convert.
"One of the things we're finding out is that Rox Bars inspire incredible brand loyalty," said Wesley Fulkerson, Director of Marketing. "Expanding into physical stores was just inevitable."
The expansion has taken place mostly in Southern California, but sources inside the company state that talks are being held with national chains and distributors. The Rox Bars website has also recently updated its shipping policy to include clients in Canada and Mexico.
It is not the policy of RCF and Sons to disclose potential clients to the press before the contracts are signed, but they have stated that they are negotiating placement with national grocery store chains as well as affiliate programs with national fitness organizations. Suffice it to say, their reach is growing fast, as is their physical presence.
Perhaps most notable is their recent placement inside the legacy Cardiff, CA store Seaside Market. The boutique grocery store that is famous for its tri-tip steak cuts the locals refer to as "Cardiff Crack" recently added Rox Bars to its very selective offering of nutrition bars. For those in the area, they will be hosting a Rox Bar tasting on Thursday, Oct. 8.
Rox Bars are available online at roxbars.com, on amazon.com, and at cafes, gyms, and markets throughout Southern California. Soon, they could be available in stores nationwide.
