"We load our nachos with lots of green onions, jalapeno, tomato, olives, and cheese, and then we add our house-made salsa and sour cream," explains Greene. "Our Capricola Flatbread comes with tomato sauce, basil cream, parmesan, and fresh basil." Other favorites include the Steamer Pot, which includes clams and mussels steamed in tomato saffron broth. Their Café de Paris, on the other hand, offers scallops and jumbo prawns, which comes with artisan bread slices for dipping.
"Then there is our magnificent Charcuterie Plate, which many groups of friends ask for especially during weekend celebrations," says Greene of the outstanding Richmond tapas restaurant. "We put salami and capricola ham and then add gherkin pickles, camembert cheese, garlic crostini, Dijon mustard, and assorted olives, and that's a combo that resonates with so many people." Others also ask for heavier fare including the BC halibut served with fries and tartar sauce and house-prepared chicken pot pie that's freshly baked and served with field greens.
