(Food-Beverage-News.Com, September 11, 2012 ) BOISE, Idaho - Break out from the everyday wine tasting and prepare yourself for a completely new style. Sip your way through Idaho’s best bottles while sampling sweet and savory bites in the Linen District.
For the second year in a row the Idaho Wine Commission will be hosting ‘Sippin’ in the City,’ this time on November 8, 2012 at the Linen Building (1402 W. Grove St) in Boise. The event will feature a vast array of Idaho wineries and food vendors. More than 15 Idaho wineries will be showcased, as well as tasty treats from Idaho’s culinary artists and tunes from the Boise Vinyl Preservation Society. There will also be an opportunity to increase your wine knowledge with a food and wine pairing seminar instructed by Kathryn House of Wine Wise Idaho. The consumer tasting will being at 6:30 p.m. and conclude at 9 pm. Nearly 300 guests will be greeted with a commemorative wine glass as they taste and sip their way through Idaho’s finest.
