The Premiala Flavour Injector offers a 60mL capacity and two six-inch long stainless steel needles for different varieties of ingredients. It comes with four spare o-rings and a free e-book which offers the user well-considered instructions and recipes. Traditionally, a meat syringe is used for injecting marinade into various meats and poultry, but can be used for garlic, brine, jam and butter.
