The 2.5oz glass set is one of the the newest offering from the kitchen and grill accessories company adding to the company's popular Kitchen Claws - meat shredding claws and the Safe Grip oven gloves. The company planned to conduct the survey to further determine overall customer satisfaction on current product offerings, customer service and new product development. The double wall glass set is said to be the focus of the survey but KitchenReady's other products will carry some weight.
The company, as of now, is meeting in regards to planning the survey. The plan involves contacting customers as well people that may not be familiar with KitchenReady. The focus of the meeting will be how the company will reach out to people and what type of materials and delivery system to use to conduct the survey. Also up for discussion is how to construct questions regarding new product launches and product development. KitchenReady is optimistic about the participation rate of the surveys that will be conducted.
Stephen Hilliard, a representative for KitchenReady released a statement: "At KitchenReady we are still refining the details of the survey but we are confident that this project will be conducted in a timely manner. Our Director of Customer Service will oversee the execution of the survey as well as the results." When pressed about the upcoming timetable for conducting the survey and releasing the results, KitchenReady's representative stated that the process will be quick, adding that administration and analysis of the survey will happen on the same day. Updates on the survey and it's results will be released as soon as the information is available.
