(Food-Beverage-News.Com, November 05, 2015 ) Varna, VN -- Amazon has deleted a few reviews of My Wine Passion Wine Corkscrew. Two customer reviews were taken down in October. My Wine Passion's team suggests that both reviews are from verified clients who purchased discounted products on Amazon.
The world's biggest e-commerce platform provides its customers with the ability to share their experience with all Amazon clients. Amazon allows only one review per product and in some cases deletes reviews that do not follow its guidelines. Some of the undesired content would be:
Another reason for taking down a customer review is if Amazon finds that the customer is related to the seller of the product. The PR agent from My Wine Passion Michael Great comments that there is not such relation and the deleted reviews apply within the review guidelines of Amazon.
"It makes me sad when something like this happens. All Amazon sellers are very protective of their online reputation. It is no different than the retail shops within a given city or town. Although April and Charlotte have both provided great reviews those were deleted. In my understanding their reviews follow the guidelines given by Amazon. I wish Amazon would continue to improve its system so no such things happen in future."

Charlotte Coffey: "Very nice waiters corkscrew. Wish I would of had one this nice when I was waitressing in the steak house. The weight of this corkscrew was very nice. The foil cutter was sharp and efficient. The screw itself was very easy to go in and the lever action was very nice. All in all I can say this is a very nice corkscrew. I was given a discount for my honest opinion"
