First step is to use Pita Bread instead of deep fried corn chips, this can be learned on Baking Buddy's video on how to make Pita Chips. Now, for the spinach dip room temperature cream cheese, parmesan and garlic will be needed. Mix it all up until it looks like paste, and after the mix is ready put some Greek yogurt in for protein, and this will also make it really smooth. Then add spinach and seasoning of any kind, and then stir it all up. Dump the pita chips onto the Baking Buddy non-stick silicone mat and add some shredded chicken for protein. Drizzle the spinach dip onto the chips, and don't worry if it looks too clumpy because it will melt in the oven, finally top it with cheese, pepper and chopped onions before putting it into the oven. When they come out they are piping hot and nothing sticks to the silicone mat whatsoever. Jesse discusses with the viewer about how this is a great post work out meal and is a healthier alternative for regular nachos.
