(Food-Beverage-News.Com, September 09, 2015 ) Houston, Texas -- Baking Buddy has released a new video recipe on Youtube on how to make cheddar meatball sliders.
This recipe is rather simple in this demonstration, but bakers are encouraged to do whatever they'd like with their mini burgers, so it's time to get creative! It's recommended that bakers use grass-fed beef because it will give the meatballs a richer flavor. Get a large chunk of beef and put in on a plate and season as desired. From there, take a small chunk of the seasoned beef out and flatten it into a patty shape and place a cube of cheddar cheese on top of the small patty and take another chunk and put it on top of the cheese cube, so the cube will be in the center. Put enough pressure to form it into a meatball. Once the meatballs are formed and ready, just place them on the nonstick silicone-baking mat and put them in the oven for as long as needed depending on how one likes their meat cooked. The silicone on the Baking Buddy mat will help evenly distribute the heat around the surface area so it gets a perfectly even bake. If more flavor is desired stick the burger buns in the oven as well to toast them. When the burgers are ready, they can be dressed up. Jesse Jacob's uses homemade caramelized onions. They can be made festive and loaded or just kept simple like Jacob's did because the possibilities are endless.
