Baking Buddy Releases A New Video On How To Make Deep Fried Oreos.

You can deep fry anything from the classic twinkie to things like candy bars, butter or Kool-aid. Baking Buddy found a way to deep fry your favorite cookie with less fat and less guilt! Oreos are the best for baking any tasty treat and we’re gonna show you how to make it the best with this video recipe demonstration.

(Food-Beverage-News.Com, August 16, 2015 ) Houston, Texas -- Deep-fried Oreo's are one of the most popular fair foods, but as delicious as they are they are not the healthiest choice in the world and it's not something one would want to consume too often as much as a comfort food they are. Baking Buddy wanted to create a healthier version of a deep-fried Oreo

Baking Buddy has released a video recipe on YouTube on How to make deep fried half-baked Oreos that can be viewed right here! This recipe was created to be as guiltless as possible, so these will be lightly fried and then baked the rest of the way.

The oven will need to be preheated to 400 degrees. Take one egg, and beat it thoroughly in the bowl and add vanilla, milk and water. Take a separate bowl and add baking powder, sugar and salt. After the wet and dry mixes are ready, go ahead and combine them and whisk them until there are no lumps and it becomes creamy goodness. Now the batter is ready, and if one is still unsure about the batter being ready or not, just get a small spoonful and drop in into the oil, and if it sizzles to the top then it's good to go. Baking Buddy always recommends that bakers use healthy oils like coconut, grape seed or olive. Now here's the fun part, take an Oreo and stick a fork in it and dip it in a small bowl of milk and then dip it into the batter. Once the Oreo is evenly coated stick it in the oil so it can be lightly fried, so for about five seconds. This makes it so that about 2/3 of the fat will be taken out if they had been fried completely. Finally, put them on a Baking Buddy Non Stick Silicone mat and leave them in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Then it's done... Homemade half-baked deep fried Oreos made right in the kitchen! There's another Oreo related video recipe on Baking Buddy's YouTube on how to make Cookie Stuffed Oreos.

Baking Buddy has been making the lives of bakers so much easier and fun! Their Nonstick silicone baking mat can be viewed right here on Amazon. Baking Buddy's YouTube channel will have weekly video recipes and Baking Hacks.
