"While the marina settings does offer a great atmosphere for our dining patrons, it also offers a variety of moorage and others services for boat owners," says Louise Greene, who is the General manager for RiverHouse Restaurant. "It also gives us a chance of attracting many other people to our establishment." Ladner pub, RiverHouse Restaurant, offers affordable summer moorage, which is any moorage that does not reach a period of 6 months. It only costs $9 per foot per month to be paid upon signing the contract. A month before the contract expires, clients can send notice and payment to retain the slip for the following year.
According to Delta restaurant, RiverHouse Restaurant, fees for moorage become even more affordable when it is annual or semi-annual. "It only costs $8.25 per foot per month for semi-annual moorage," reveals Louise Greene. "And for annual moorage, the rate becomes much lower as it only costs $7.25 per foot per month."
RiverHouse Restaurant also offers other marina services as well. "Our hydro fees are billed semiannually, and they're only for 12 cents per kilowatt hour used," says Louise Greene." And for those going out on the water for a party, we also offer beer packs including Pabst Blue Ribbon, Sleeman Honey Brown, and Pale Ale."
The quality of the marina services that RiverHouse Restaurant provides is matched by the affordable, yet excellent dishes served within the premises. "Our British Columbia Halibut with fresh cut fries, field greens, and the RiverHouse tartar is a favorite among our patrons, and it only costs $25," reveals Delta restaurant manager Greene. "Our specially marinated and slowly baked Half Rack RiverHouse Jamaican Rum Ribs are just $17."
The sumptuous rack of lamb and the 10-ounce Organic Spring Creek strip loin offered at RiverHouse Restaurant are also bestsellers. "Both dishes are prepared with meticulous care and with the freshest ingredients, and then we serve them with seasonal vegetables and a choice between basmati rice pilaf and the special Chef's potatoes."
