Enchanted Chef, an independent and family run business is owned by Rick McKee, an experienced business owner and native of San Diego, CA. He said his kitchen and other products will be sold online and does not anticipate opening any storefront locations.
When asked why he decided to open a health oriented kitchen and dining Supply Company, McKee stated he had started eating more healthy and working out the past several years. One night he wanted to zest some lemon for a seafood dish and after hunting through the cupboards for quite a while could only find an old style grater. He said it was one of the old big clumsy ones that previous generations used to use, and that he still hung on to them.
It was then that he realized there was a need for more modern quality kitchen tools and utensils. A friend of his arranged a meeting with a manufacturer and they eventually reached a decision to make their first product, 2-in-1 Zester-Grater. McKee said that once their first product was created and manufactured successfully, it was simply a natural progression to begin the expansion process into other products that meet the needs of his health conscious target market.
The company founder went on to say that they have just launched the new Zester/Grater this week, have selected their sole distributor and that it is now available on Amazon.com.
Enchanted Chef will focus on a line of health oriented kitchen and dining products that are widely needed by their target market. McKee said: "Our mission is to provide our customers with quality and affordable supplies and accessories that will make a significant and positive difference in their lives, matched with the highest level of customer service that we have grown to expect for ourselves".
