This Celebration is an annual gathering of vegetarians, professional chefs, top national speakers, and school exhibitors. This occasion provides opportunity for open talk towards food producers, free sampling of organic food, or simply learn different types of vegetable recipes.
Boston Vegetarian Food Festival (BVFF) started since 1996. The first celebration was held on May 5, 1996 at the Howard W. Johnson Athletics Center at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), because MIT graduates have a connection with the MIT Vegetarian Support Group who gave a substantial proportion of the initial organizing effort.
The Festival is open to public and does not ask for any admission fee. The occasion shows exhibition of organic products, heirloom seeds, non-hybrid food providers, and samples of vegetarian products are also displayed on the venue.
This Exposition is an event aimed to provide illustration of the different types of vegetarian foods and products available in the marketplace. Vendors and all other vegetable enthusiasts hailed from all over the states and some who were from Canada also participated.
This Festival is one of the longest running events of its kind within the country. It's a resource for vegetable enthusiasts, and those wanting to have a greater variety of plant based foods in their daily food intake. The organization also interests those yearning to live in greater harmony with animals and the environment.
This celebration is arranged in a systematic way by the non-profit Boston Vegetarian Society. The festival organizers and event associates donate their labor, time, and talents. Aside from the food exhibition, the event will also be featuring restaurants, book and cookbook publishers, and children activities.
Victory Gardens is another group who also supports organic vegetables and heirloom products. These heirloom products may also come in different varieties.
Victory Gardens Shop came from a long line of Gardeners and Farmers. The family inherited the trait of Gardening and promotes 100% Organic, Non-GMO, and Non-Hybrid Seeds.
