The Organic trade Association released a report that 5 percent of the total revenue in the United States were from organic products. According to the report the total sales reached a total of more than $39 billion since last year. The Association's data show increased revenues in all areas of the country. The leading sales remain in the Northeast and on the West Coast Region.

The Organic Trade Association says that revenues from the minorities have skyrocketed, and note the breakdown closely bear a resemblance of United States' demographics.
