"When using the pan straight from the box be sure to wash it first with warm soapy water or you can also place it on the dishwasher. In order to condition the pan, spray lightly with cooking spray. Prior to placing batter on the silicone muffin pan cups, be sure to position the pan on a metal cookie sheet. This will help support the weight of the batter since the pan alone cannot do this because of its flexibility. If baking muffins or cupcakes, fill the cups only up to 2/3 level. Always preheat the oven before placing the pan in the oven. When the muffin top becomes golden brown, they should already be done. Allow the pan to cool down for several minutes before twisting or releasing the baked goods out of the pan.
