(Food-Beverage-News.Com, September 26, 2014 ) Vancouver, BC -- HellFire BBQ announced today that it has recently launched a page of its own on Facebook. The company's new site is designed to be a more casual place where customers can interact with each other, and with HellFire staff, on various topics related to BBQ and household cooking.
"Facebook is such a popular place for people to communicate, and we want to be able to engage with our customers, and prospective customers, where they work and play," said Robert Blackmore, founder of HellFire BBQ. Blackmore insists the new channel will not be used primarily as a sales or promotion tool, but rather to share barbecue tips, recipes, and information. "We will occasionally offer special discounts or free products on Facebook, but most of the time we want to have a regular conversation," he noted.
The new page can be found by searching on Facebook for "BBQrocks" or by going directly to the address at https://www.facebook.com/BBQrocks and joining in the comments. New product launches, and product usage tips, as well as anecdotal stories of products in use, will be shared occasionally, according to company staff. The instant reciprocal nature of the site is seen as an opportunity to interact more closely with fans, and to act on their feedback and suggestions.
About HellFire BBQ
HellFire BBQ is a family-run business that works hard to bring high quality, long-lasting, fun products to barbecue lovers. The company's policy is to manufacture with the highest quality materials, and most advanced modern techniques so that products do not break, and end up in landfill sites in a few months. HellFire BBQ has seen far too many discount "BBQ Sets" that would not last one day in Hell, never mind an eternity!
