After a 2-month break during which Julien, the chef from the from LeVinRouge Cooking Demonstrations attended an Italian Cooking Demonstration, he decided to launch a return to YouTube Special. A 7-episode Series of Italian Recipes.

In this episode of the Italian Special Series, Morelle introduces his only dessert to make the cut. When questioned about this, he explained that this series was about creating easy, healthy, family-oriented dishes and given that no cooking series could be complete without a dessert (AND he's a sucker for chocolate), he may aswell make a dish that filled at least 2 out of 3 of the criteria. And so, the Chocolate Salami hits YouTube screens.
Julien says this is one of his favourite desserts, given how easy it is to prepare and how much of a crowd-pleaser it is. "It really takes no more than 10 minutes to prepare, then leave it in the fridge for 4 hours (or overnight) and it's ready to serve".
