HCG Drops Direct Weight Loss

(Food-Beverage-News.Com, May 05, 2014 ) Corona, CA -- HCG drops diet plan is not a deception or what many would call it a “hunger” plan. The diet that should be accompanied by the HCG drops consists of 500 calories per day and perfect tuning of one’s body.

The Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) drops diet was formulated by Doctor A.T.W. Simeons for curing obesity and weight management problems. The diet plan has three phases and it based on the concept that while a diet patient consumes 500 calories, HCG forces the body to burn up to 2000 calories needed to function everyday from abnormal fat stores.

Phase One is called the “loading phase” of the HCG drops diet where the body is required to to take in extremely fatty foods for a total of 48 hours. The HCG drops are used only in the first phase of the diet. The concept behind loading the body with excess fats is to keep the patient full and satiated while the HCG hormones starts working. These excess fat deposits are then being eliminated in the first few days. An austere eating habits is implemented starting day three of the diet where most carbohydrate-rich foods, sugars, and starches are prohibited. The patient is expected to undergo phase one of the diet plan for a minimum of 23 days (maximum of 0 days).

Phase Two of HCG diet encourages the patient to eat normally with the exclusion of sugar and starches but this time, with enough calories to achieve a weight loss of not more than two pounds (over or under) the last days of measuring weight. Please note that the HCG diet’s goal is to address obesity which requires retuning of the metabolism and reorganization of the hypothalamus gland. If Phase One resets the body’s metabolism, what Phase Two does is to reset the hypothalamus. The second phase runs for a total of 21 days.

Phase Three of the final maintenance phase of the HCG diet plan allows slow introduction of carbohydrates, sugars, and starches. Lasting for 21 days, this phase requires the patient to vigilantly monitor body weight and seek for foods that they may have sensitivities to. Once the patient decided that he needs to lose more weight, then he is encouraged to go over Phase One again.

Patients who are undergoing the HCG drops diet are advised to opt for organic meats, vegetables, and fish. They must get rid of carbohydrates, dairy, sugar, and alcohol. A good example of a day’s meal can consist of coffee and orange for breakfast, fish and veggies for lunch, some fruits in the afternoon, and seafoods such as crab and veggies like spinach, and tea for dinner. Dieters who miss on this kind of diet can take in nothing but water and six apples for the whole day.

The HCG drops diet, when taken with full discipline, can be very successful. The best thing about trying this out is to teach any dieter to stick to healthy foods and not go back to the old bad eating habits.
