The credit for the new shipment of EZ Grip silicone spatulas goes to NoRisk Trading's shipping head James McFadden. Thanks to some fancy negotiations with EZ Grip's customer service staff, McFadden arranged for a truckload of new spatulas to be on their way to NoRisk Trading's warehouse in early January. "They're just in time for Valentine gift giving," one of the warehouse supervisors joked.
McFadden was very humble about his coup when questioned. "It's my job to get our valuable customers what they want," he said. "I was just responding to client wants."
Why are EZ Grip spatulas so in demand? We asked a customer who purchased ten (10) three-spatula sets as Christmas and bridal shower gifts. "The spatulas fit any bowl or jar," she explained.
