(Food-Beverage-News.Com, December 12, 2013 ) Duluth, GA -- The much anticipated cousin of the Digiscale SlimFit Elite was released last week on the popular shopping site Amazon.
The new weight watchers food scale by Digiscale™ has been named "SNOWflake" to represent its compact, white, glass tempered design. The digital kitchen scale can weigh food up to 11 lbs, offers a tare function, auto-shutoff feature, multi-metric toggle button (to convert weight into ounces, grams, fl. oz, pounds, or milliliters), and includes batteries for immediate operation out of the box.
According to Digiscale™ founder Paul Woodley, "our new SNOWflake digital food scale model will certainly be a great value to both the buyer and gifter this holiday season."
The company bursted on the scene this summer with the introduction of its first model kitchen scale, the SlimFit Elite, which is the black version of the SNOWflake. Due to the popularity of the SlimFit Elite the company has decided to release a white colored version for the holiday season.
In addition to the new scale being offered on Amazon this holiday season, the company will also offer a 10% discount, for multiple orders. According to Mr. Woodley, "since we now have two distinct models, of basically the same scale, we know that it is inevitable that a person will want to buy more than one scale for him/herself as well as friends and family for gifts."
The Digiscale™ SNOWflake also comes with Digiscale's popular bonus e-book, "The Digiscale™ Guide to Healthy Cooking, a free download written by Chef and food scientist Kevin Stanton. In the book, which is a 39 page guide to cooking healthy, Chef Stanton reveals some unique ways to lose weight using your digital kitchen scale, as well as five new recipes, that people can start/continue their diet programs.
