Research Published In The International Journal Of Obesity Link Weight Loss Difficulty To Nerve

(Food-Beverage-News.Com, September 23, 2013 ) Chicago, IL -- A recent study published in the prestigious International Journal of Obesity shows that losing weight is far more complex than just going on a diet. NuVitality has reviewed the study and decided that it would be in the public's best interest to share it with everyone. It seems that the consumption of a high fat diet over a long period turns to permanently desensitize or damage nerves in the stomach. This is critical in that these nerves are responsible for sending signals to the brain that the stomach is full. Absent these signals, a person will continue to eat more even after losing weight.

Researchers at Adelaide University discovered that high-fat diets cause damaging effects to the way the hormone called "Leptin" functions. High-fat diets damage the way Leptin functions which it is responsible for changes in the sensitivity of nerves in the stomach that normally regulate food intake. The possibility of losing weight becomes very low as Leptin is damaged. The study also showed that the stomach's nerve-response will not return to normal simply upon returning to a normal diet.

Researchers around the world have been trying to find a natural alternative that can suppress appetite while helping people lose weight and burn fat. What they have discovered is that only a few such as Garcinia Cambogia Extract has those properties. It also has the properties to lower Triglycerides and LDL Cholesterol while addressing the problem of emotional eating.

The good news is that Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA) is the active ingredient in Garcinia Cambogia Extract. Garcinia Cambogia has become quite popular due to the many people who have tried it and have raved about the results. Garcinia reviews support these claims. This compound represents a significant breakthrough in that it is an all-natural approach to weight management. No other weight-loss compound is able to retard the enzyme called Citrate Lyase, which turns carbs into fat cells in the liver.

Weight loss specialists point to the fact that Garcinia Cambogia is also an excellent appetite suppressant. The HCA contained in the extract signals the brain that there is no need to seek out food because it prevents hunger cravings. People experience a feeling of "fullness" quicker, and can stop engorging themselves. Their cravings for sweets is also curbed, making it easy to maintain a diet without the feelings of starvation.
