(Food-Beverage-News.Com, August 26, 2013 ) Morrisville, NC -- Today, parents are struggling to find ways to help their children eat healthier, more nutritious meals and make smarter food choices in general. The popularity of juicing diets in adults has led to interest in juicing for kids. In response to the growing popularity of juice diets, and the importance of proper nutrition in childhood, author Sharon Daniels has written a book entitled A Beginner's Guide to Juicing for Kids.
Juicing for Kids contains more than 50 delicious recipes for children of all ages. Recommendations on nutritional intake, nutrition information, and produce selection tips are provided in the volume.
Sharon Daniels also recently began a collaboration with ChicoChef, the maker of kid-friendly kitchen products. This company has agreed to sponsor free downloads of her book, Juicing for Kids, in response to their sympathy with its message. ChicoChef began out of a desire to improve childhood health and nutrition by engaging children in the kitchen from an early age.
When asked about the collaboration, Ms. Daniels said the following "Sometimes you find a company that believes in you, and that you can believe in. I trust ChicoChef's mission, and am happy to be a part of this collaborative effort."
Sharon Daniels' book, A Beginner's Guide to Juicing for Kids, will be available for free eBook download August 27th and 28th, 2013. The book is currently only offered on Amazon.com, although plans for expansion to other platforms have been discussed.
In addition to their collaboration with Sharon Daniels and the free download of her book that they are sponsoring, ChicoChef is also offering a 40% discount on their silicone baking mat set, using the coupon code W9E6BMYS. The code will be active for a limited time only, as part of their grand opening and in celebration of their collaboration with Ms. Daniels.
