(Food-Beverage-News.Com, August 02, 2013 ) Goa, India -- Yoga Mystica, a yoga teaching venture of leading yoga gurus announced here today that they are increasing the frequency of their courses in Goa. This has been done after the overwhelming response to their on going courses and because of requests from some students who couldn’t fit the course timings with their current schedules. Yoga Mystica has announced the course schedules from now until next March making it easy for students to plan their journey and time of course.
Madhur Rampal, teacher at Yoga Mystica said, “Most of our students from foreign countries come here for training to be a yoga instructor. We understand that they need to plan their course well in advance. For this reason we have taken this two fold step – of increasing our course frequency and announcing the schedule for next year (up till March) in advance.”
Courses for yoga teacher training in Goa move up till 23rd December and then begin again from 6th January in 2014 – allowing people to be with friends and family during Christmas and New Year’s right before or after the course.
Yoga Mystica is not another yoga retreat in Goa – it is completely committed to yoga in principle as well as in practice. This has become a key factor in growing popularity of Yoga Mystica among students both in India and internationally. Most students believe that coming all the way to India to learn an easy, hybrid version of yoga is not worth it.
Yoga Mystica runs yoga teacher training in Dharamshala as well. There too the schedule has been released. Given that this center is up in the Himalayas, where it gets really cold in the winters, courses are run only till October. There last course for the year 2013 will be run from 7th September to 14th October. Their courses in Dharamshala for 2014 will begin in April.
